DSI and non-profit partner Community Action Partnership of North Alabama, Inc. is excited to announce construction completion for The Village at Oliver Place. Located in Phil Campbell, Alabama the 24-unit property includes a unit mix of two and three bedroom townhomes.

The property is developed with families in mind and will provide its tenants with a community building complete with a computer center, family TV room, exercise equipment and community laundry. It will also include an outdoor play area for children, grilling and picnic area as well as a covered pavilion for residents’ outdoor enjoyment.
