DSI was proud to be awarded tax credits and HOME Investment Partnership funds from the Alabama Housing Finance Authority to aid in the development of Red Oak Ridge in Talladega County.  The 42-unit, $7,500,000 proposed development will be in the town of Lincoln, Alabama just off of U.S. Highway 78 and approximately 3 miles from the 4000-employee Honda manufacturing facility.

Red Oak Ridge is anticipated to have a townhome style design similar to Avon Square and Village at Oliver Place.  In addition to the energy efficient residential units themselves, the property will include a clubhouse with a computer center and fitness room, playground, picnic pavilion and a covered bus stop.
