Construction Updates:

The Lodge at Johns Road

The preleasing stage for Lodge at Johns Road commenced during the month of July. We are very excited to welcome the new community manager on board to help in this stage of the development process along with the overall management of the property.

We have received meaningful interest from potential residents through the property’s website www.LodgeAtJohnsRoad.com and Facebook. Digital billboards advertising the property are running along the major travel corridors at various locations across the Huntsville metro area.

Construction completion is expected to occur in the latter part of August with residents moving in during September. Below are pictures of recent progress:
