DSI is extremely excited to announce the recent hire of Luke Chenault for positon of Financial Controller. Luke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) which will provide an added layer of expertise for DSI in finance and accounting functions. He will be predominantly responsible for supporting principals in matters of finance, ensuring financial statements and policies are accurate, managing office and bookkeeping staff, underwriting transactions and collaborating with third party CPAs and legal counsel.
Prior to joining DSI, Luke served as a Staff Accountant at Jeb Williamson CPA in Cullman, Alabama and CDPA, PC in Athens, Alabama where he generated significant bookkeeping, tax and audit experience. Luke graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2009 with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Accounting/Banking and Financial Services. He was also a member of UNA’s football team from 2005 to 2009. Luke is a native of Decatur, Alabama.
