Tuxedo Park

Tuxedo Park attained 100% construction completion in December. Located in the Ensley neighborhood of West Birmingham, this affordable housing community will consist of 42 units set aside strictly for residents 55 and older. The property is made up of one- and two-bedroom units all housed within a single two story building. Onsite amenities will include a laundry facility, multiple communal areas, computer room, fitness facility and an outdoor gazebo with barbeque grills.

Williams Blackstock Architects located in Birmingham, Alabama was the architect of record and Doug Hollyhand Realty, Inc. of Northport, Alabama was the general contractor for the project.
