Montgomery, Alabama – In solidifying their commitment to western Montgomery’s continued revitalization, the City’s Community Development Department along with development partners, Community Action Partnership of North Alabama (CAPNA) and DSI Real estate Partners (DSI) have teamed up to develop an additional phase at Lanier Place housing subdivision. Located one street west of Sidney Lanier High School, the $1.8 million project will be made up of nine (9) new homes and will include a partial city street extension. The 3-bedroom/2-bath all-electric homes range from 1,278 to 1,307 square feet in size and will have monthly rental rates ranging from $580 to $675. The all-electric homes will have energy efficient appliances, washer and dryer connections, luxury vinyl plank flooring, all-wood cabinetry spacious living areas, tile bathrooms and brushed nickel lighting and plumbing fixtures. Spacious front porches and alley fed rear parking will promote neighbor interaction and help build a stronger community.
