Alabama Housing Finance Awards HOME Funds and Tax Credits
DSI Real Estate Partners (DSI) announces that the Alabama Housing Finance Authority has awarded HOME funds and tax credits for the construction of the Village at Bridge Creek, Cullman, Alabama, a 56 unit senior property owned by the Community Action Partnership of North Alabama of Decatur. AHFA also awarded HOME funds and tax credits for the construction of Nathan's Ridge, Wetumpka, Alabama, a 56 unit senior property owned by a related company of DSI.
