Barber Terrace Partnership Closing
DSI Real Estate Partners, LLC (DSI RP) and Hollyhand Development, LLC is pleased to announce the Partnership closing of Barber Terrace. The existing Barber Terrace public housing complex is 60 units over 40 years old. These units will be replaced by 60 new units.
